Return/Refund Policy

Returns for Credit

All merchandise is subject to inspection upon arrival before the return will be finalized. You must call 888-745-7022 or email service@ghostprepper.com for an RA# and instructions before you send the return back. All merchandise returned will be processed within 10 business days. Returns must be post marked within 30 days of the invoice date.  For a prompt refund please send a copy of your invoice and a letter of explanation for the return. All return shipping must be prepaid; no COD’s will be accepted. After 30 days, all sales are final.

Upon approval, credit will be provided back to the original purchase method.  Payments made in cryptocurrency will be refunded back to the originating wallet address at the current exchange rate when your return is processed by Ghost Prepper.  Customer assumes all risk of cryptocurrency exchange rate fluctuations between the time of purchase and the time the return is processed.

Ammunition

We cannot accept any returns on bullets or ammunition.

Optics

All optics will be sent to the manufacturer first for inspection before the return will be finalized.

Opened Packaging

All products must be returned in resalable condition (unused and/or unopened). There will be no credit issued on items that have been opened or used.

Errors/Theft

Ghost Prepper does not cover carrier errors, or postal/shipping theft. We suggest that you add a signature requested for delivery on higher priced orders.

Damaged in Transit

If you receive packages damaged in shipment, keep all packaging and take pictures of the damages. Call x888-745-7022 or email service@ghostprepper.com for return instructions.

Damaged Merchandise

Upon inspection, if the merchandise has been misused or abused by the consumer, the return will be refused and credit will not be issued.

International Orders

We do not ship any International Orders (Including Puerto Rico, Guam, APOs and FPOs), including orders that have any connection to International shipments (freight-forwarders, etc.). This applies to both the shipping and billing addresses. Orders found to have an international connection will be cancelled. There are no exceptions.
